Teaching Programme
The teaching programme enables participants:
-
to make informed contributions to current development policy issues and transform this knowledge into consultancy processes in such a way as to achieve success,
-
to think in complex contexts (multi-sectional and multi-dimensional) and to jointly plan, manage and assess programmes and projects on the basis of a “multi-level approach” (global, national, regional, local),
-
to act sensitively as experts in international cooperation structures and design these structures on a partnership basis,
-
to reflect critically on their personal abilities with regard to the professional field, determine their role and contribution, and define their core values and attitudes,
-
to deal actively with changes in the professional field and remain flexible,
-
to act appropriately and with sensitivity in other cultural contexts and approach different values and conventions constructively.
