We see international cooperation as a global responsibility and therefore train international experts from "North and East – West and South". By bringing participants from different cultural backgrounds and with different professions together, SLE TRAINING pursues an intercultural and interdisciplinary approach. We consider mutual understanding and learning from one another an important prerequisite for successful cooperation in the development field. Whether Management of Development Projects, Conflict Management and Conflict Transformation, Disaster Risk Management and Humanitarian Aid or Sustainable Resource Management and Climate Change Adaptation, SLE Training offers customized courses for experts from all over the world who are active in international development cooperation. The course topics and content are constantly updated and adjusted to the needs of development and partner organizations, as well as to the most pressing global issues and development challenges. The courses are results-based and take the know-how and experience of the participants concerned into account by calling on their knowledge and jointly developing the desired approaches. SLE provides participants with first-class, practice- and experience-based training, introduces them to practical methods and tools, and supports them individually. Close links with Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin guarantee the high standard of the courses. Scholarships are available. |
